My name is Tiisetso Gama, a South African mommy blogger and lifestyle content creator trying to navigate her way through the deep dark trenches of corporate South Africa. I am a strategic marketing enthusiast, writer, wife, mother of two beautiful boys and an ice-cream, gin & chocolate lover.
I believe it truly takes a village to raise a child, and we know we need all the help we can get, which is how I found my footing in the mommy blogger space. No man (or woman) is an island, so under ‘Raising Cubs‘ I’ll be sharing all things pregnancy, newborns, toddler life and general motherhood and parenting (can’t forget the dad’s right).
New and exciting experiences also make life worth it. We work hard to not only afford the things we didn’t have while growing up but to give our children the options we wish we did. In the “Lifestyle” page I share all things that add spice into my life, from travel and natural hair care, to career advice, DIY projects and beauty reviews. I also found that I needed a little motivation from beautiful women of colour who are owning their own spaces in their respective careers and lives, and figured you might too. Journey with me as I showcase mom life from all over the world , and “celebrating the beauty, power and resilience of black women”, or as CaShawn Thompson called it #BlackGirlMagic.
